Known as one of the most popular back-roads trails in Death Valley National Park, Titus Canyon Road offers a 26 mile moderate trail near Beatty, Nevada. This highly scenic off-road southern Nevada trail showcases a beautiful array of wildflowers and is a good trail for people of all skill levels. Accessible year-round, Titus Canyon road is a well maintained gravel road with some narrow, steep areas throughout.  However, the road is closed if raining or if rain is expected in case of extreme flash flooding. Additionally, depending on the severity of winter snows, this trail may close down briefly. There is a multitude of activity options, as well as note-worthy geologic rock formations that feature a few petroglyphs. Only street legal vehicles are allowed on this one-way east to west trail.
